Business Development Manager

Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Expand our client base, especially high-end customers, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients, influencers, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and propose innovative business strategies to stay ahead.
  • Represent Vogue Jewellers at industry events, exhibitions, and business forums.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar business development or sales role.
  • Background in hospitality, luxury sales, or the jewelry industry is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience as a Front Office Manager or Guest Relations Manager in a luxury setting will be especially beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in market expansion, brand development, and networking.
  • Previous experience working in the jewelry industry, with a focus on B2B sales or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying new revenue streams and driving business growth.
